Product Manager

What you’ll do

You’ll shape product direction and help turn ideas into structured, usable features that actually improve how people plan and manage their day.

You will:

• Define product requirements and feature scope across the platform

• Work closely with design and engineering to deliver clear solutions

• Prioritize features based on real usage and product impact

• Ensure consistency across flows, interactions, and product logic

• Continuously refine the product based on feedback and behavior

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who understands how products work in practice and can turn complex ideas into clear, structured decisions that improve real user experience.

You likely have:

• 4+ years of experience in product management

• Strong ability to think in systems, not just features

• Experience working with design and engineering teams

• Ability to prioritize and make clear product decisions

• Attention to detail and product consistency

Nice to have

While not required, these experiences would be a plus:

• Experience with productivity or planning tools

• Understanding of user behavior and decision-making

• Familiarity with product analytics
