How are subscription packs different to regular packs?
Subscription packs are offered for a contracted period of time. You will sign an agreement that will lock-in the cost of your packs for a 12-week period; and unlike our current packs, cancellation fees apply to subscription packs. Credits are used in the same way as regular class packs, you can book your classes in advance of when your account is debited. Late cancel or no show rules apply, view full T&Cs.
When will my subscription pack become available to use?
Packs will be available on your account on the same day that you purchase.
How far in-advance can I book my classes?
40 days in advance (or the advanced period your studio makes schedules available), the same as regular class packs.
Do terms and conditions apply to subscription packs?

Can I purchase more than one subscription pack?
No, subscription packs are limited to one per client.
Can I purchase or use a regular class pack while my subscription pack is active?
Yes. If you have an active pack, you can use this along with your subscription pack.
What happens if there aren't enough funds in my account for the direct debit?
Payments will automatically be retried within 1-2 business days. Fees may apply for failed transactions and will be charged to your payment method. If the payment fails permanently, your membership will be cancelled and fees will apply. Any classes you have booked in advance will be removed from your bookings and putback onto the studio schedule for others to book.
What happens if I don't use all of my credits within their validity period?
Unused credits will expire, credits do not rollover fortnight to fortnight.
Subscription Packs are available to purchase at participating KX Pilates Studios from 17/8/2026 to 30/8/2026 and are subject to availability. Minimum cost is $720 for the 8 Class Pack Subscription ($120 per fortnight) or $1,080 for the 12 Class Pack Subscription ($180 per fortnight).
